Tee from China Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 do they do one or is there another box you can put in like an hks one? any help would be much appreciated thanks:) PHR do a 'kit' for the Getrag at around 5K+ which apparently is very noisy and not a good thing for a road car and the 'standard' box can take big BHP and is almost bullet proof anyway! try searching as I'm sure this has been discussed on here before! I remember my stepdads old Merc 2.5 16V which had the dogleg 1st. a "dog box" is nothing like a "dog-leg" gearbox just to let you know.
