DaveSupTT
Over the next few months im going to be doing work on my engine - which will probably result in the engine removed from the car, and and possibly pistons removed. What other things would you replace/clean up etc while the engine is out? Cheers

Pixelfill
aux belt tensioner alternator water pump cam belt if these go after the engine is out then there'll be a sizeable labour bill attached, if you can afford to replace them, it's a good opportunity to do it. Make sure you replace all the gaskets with new ones, and the workshop manuals will tell you which other bits you can't reuse. Mike
