crunching noise

hi lads need some help iv got a crunchin sound comin from the back .:blink: when you prees the brake pedal down to stop you can hear this sound ...its like a door creaking also when the car is in motion you can hear noise as the wheels are turning ...it was like this when i imported it but its got much much worse...iv changed the hubs , berrings ,,could this be the diff or the drive shafts,,?? wot ever it is its somthing that turns cos the noise starts as the wheels turn.:Pling:... eny info guys would be great..:D

Sticking rear calliper or worn pads would be the first things I would check for from your description.

 

cheers nic i will try re placing the rear pads and calipers do you have eny jspec calipers m8 for the rear.... all the best adam b;)

If it is a sticking calliper Toyota do an overhaul kit which includes all new seals (for both rear callipers) part number 04479-24030.

I have TRD black sports pads in stock if needed.
