Can't comment for NI, but for England that is quite expensive :blink:

 

I paid £70 per wheel for a professional split wheel refurb, although this was a good price. Thats split apart, all bolts (hundreds of them) polished, the rim diamond cut, the centre painted and then sealed and the tyres but back on and balanced and fitted back on the car.
