I found a thread a while ago on how to cap/tap those two holes in the metal elbow of the upper radiator pipe.

 

I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE:taped:

 

Does anybody know of this thread or any use full tips, i have pulled both metal tube that are on that elbow out...

 

am stuck again

Am I right in thinking you have pulled both the metal inserts from the elbow? If you are only looking to blank them off then you could have just looped a rubber piece of pipe from the bottom to the top one with banjo clamps

 

As they have been removed either tap two screws, or drill then fit two screws with ptfe tape in them, alternatively just weld them up

 

If your turbo is water cooled you could have used one of the holes for a feed, just drill and fit an NPT fitting into one of the holes
