electic window cable

If any one could help me out in after,

The electric window cable for the drivers side door.
The bit i need is the cable which comes out of the motor and goes up towards the top of the door, round a pulley and down towards the plastic clip

The cable isn't available separately IIRC, you have to buy the whole assembly from Toyota. I believe someone did bodge it with a bike brake cable from Halfrauds though.
