Gaz Walker
Hi Pete, This is a tough one. Did the buyer you sent it too sign for it without noting damage? If so, you could have an argument on your hands with the courier. It can take a long time to resolve these things. Best Regards, Gaz. Thats good then. Lodge your claim, but you'll need a proof of cost I'd imagine. Best Regards, Gaz.
Guest gzaerojon
it's a good thing the other member didn't accept it, couriers always love that one, they just turn around and say it was signed for so it must've been in good condition. i've had this with headlights before and i just get nowhere if they sign. i'd say you won't have a problem, but i would check what the max you can claim is, it does depend on what service you used. good luck
Daston
I had that problem with my veilside skirts, city link snapped the ends off. Unfortunatly they only covered the cost of postage + £50 so ended up having to pay £
