Guest iangibson57
I have 2 supra's one is a none turbo auto and the other is a twin turbo auto. I wrote off the twin turbo but looking at buying it back from the insurance company. The engine isn't damaged at all. So my question is can i do a straite swap take the twin turbo engine out and put it into the none turbo. Is this an easy task to do for a garage? and how much would it cost. Also if i didn't do this and just decided to sell the engine it's self what sort of price would i get for it. Any help would be great. Thanks Ian Gibson
Golddigga
Hi mate, Speak to Keron on here I believe he does alot of N/A-TT conversions. Price wise for the TT engine I think they go for around £1,800ish? Sorry if this is not too much help but as I say speak to Keron

stevie_b
Ian, what you want to do is known as a NA-TT conversion, as golddigga said. It's a fairly common modification, although there's a bit more to it than lifting one lump out and dropping another lump in.
