Jazzy
That looks rather easy, always liked the UK scoop and that's made me want one even more Any idea on the price of the scoop? (don't suppose they come pre painted?).

hiten55
Jamie are you getting the full kit or just the vent?
The Raven
What is the function of a UK bonnet scoop? Much like my vents. They look cool:D
hiten55
Much like my vents. They look cool:D actually the full vent has a pipe that runs directly into the engine block, from what i can see on mine, so it actually channels air into somewhere.... supra matt
What is the function of a UK bonnet scoop? Its to keep the turbos cool;)
Bobbeh
The ducting cools the back of the engine (a couple of the cylinders where heat builds up) if I remember right.
Class One
Its to keep the turbos cool;) No it vents to no6 cylinder to keep that cooler as that cylinder runs hotter than the other five. It has nothing to do with cooling the turbos.
RiceRocket
Oh right so the cool air is actually directed somewhere needed then.
