Duffman Posted July 12, 2008 Share Posted July 12, 2008 I have the 1st decat (bigger one of the two I think) and am going to get the second. Standard exhaust. I think it is running standard boost. Have a front mount intercooler and induction kit thats the only engine mods that have been done as i am aware. Will I need a restrictor ring if i get it fully de-catted? Anyone got one for sale? jamesmark Posted July 12, 2008 Share Posted July 12, 2008 I am going to say no you will not need one, however I hope before you go double decat that you have bought and fitted a boost guage, fcd, sparks etc etc. Double decat should be the last mod on going BPU imo.
