Wot A Difference (tyres & Tracking)

Since my bump last year, facing the wrong way round on a round about, after the back end decided to throw me for a laugh (NOT ! [sHOCK][/sHOCK]) and having to buy new alloys due to the damage that was caused by hitting a pavement and brick wall (VERY LUCKY TO AVOID MORE SERIOUS DAMAGE, AND WITH THE HELP OF JODY AT INTERPRO) i got it back on the road in a rush really, and not getting the correct wheels, got all four wheels the same size, (BIT NIAVE THEN :innocent:) had a full geo set up, but handling was dreadful, very vague driving and tramlining , not a pleasure to drive, changed my shocks and springs over, slight improvement but nothing to write home about,

So yesterday i treated myself to a set of new tyres and, cos the car is sitting so low, i couldn't see the inner tread, even at full lock ! he showed me the tyres, completely shagged , with a serious bulge on one, said no wonder your tracking must be way out :( . put new tyres on with tracking aswell and " OH MY GOD " wot a difference ! :):) so check your tyres regular everyone you never know, i was lucky !! it could have been costly .
