Benyon
Basically i took of my rear wheel to see if i could see what was causing a slight knocking noise i have. Notice on the wishbone the bush closest to me was soft like a sponge (maybe some kind of gunk) now i thought they was meant to be solid rubber? I took the other side wheel of and that is the same. Im not that technical so i dont if they are suppose to be like that. Would a picture help if my description aint to good? I can get a pic at dinner time. Nic
Do you mean the ball joint on the end nearest the wheel? This has a rubber dust cover over it. http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/5174/rearsuspensionepcyd7.jpg

bignum
Check out the bushes on the top wishbone, its common for these to wear, especially nearside.
