Ok chaps, I think I fiddled with a button the other day on the profec b spec 2 and possibly changed a setting on the low boost.

Anyone know what the best settings are for low (0.8bar) and high (1.2bar).

Also, if anyone could tell me how to change the settings too??

mucho appreciated!

Are you using a piggy back ECU?
It would be recommended if you want to turn up the boost to 1.2 bar.

No...

It's not needed for running 1.2bar mate.

Yip... I've got the manual.

Just wondering what the best settings should be? I run UK turbos.

sorry for goin off topic guys but what are your thoughts on these boost controllers??

do they hold boost well ??

can you hear the solenoid ticking ??

i was goin to get the Blitz I-color but am now steerin towards the profec b for tuning simplicity reasons, ive heard the blitz i-color is more difficult to tune...

When I was on BPU, I had (on Euro-spec turbos) the GReddy profec B sepc II running 1.2 bar on low and 1.4 bar on high boost setting.

Can't hear anything mate, not above the sound of the engine/exhaust anyway.

I can't comment on any other than the greddy. I've always heard good things about it and it works perfect for me.

1.4bar? That'll be on larger UK Spec injectors right? I'm running UK turbos, Walbro pump and stock Jap Injectors.

I'll happily post my setting up too if it's any help, however having looked at the settings on mine, Daman's, and also Markssupra's the settings are VERY different to achieve the same result. Mine seems to need a lot more encouragement to make 1.2 bar than either.

Can you set this up on the open road or does this need to be done on a rolling road ?
Im guesing every car will be diferent with the settings but maybe a base setting to get started with might help people like me

Open road mate, if you've got a decent stretch of road near you.
