Jake
Sorry, what is your question? Is it "Do I need a fuel pressure gauge?"? Is so, the answer is no.
Thorin
You don't need any of them, if you did Toyota would have fitted them. They are all nice to have though, with AFR being the most useful IMO.

Gaz6002
What spec is your Supra? Is it a TT?
Thorin
just need afr? what about egt? If you're fitting an AFR I wouldn't bother with the EGT gauge personally. EGT is a crude way of measuring if you're running lean.

JustGav
Okay, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you don't fully understand car tuning.... (Not sure where I get that impression from), the best bit of advice I can give you is to go see a KNOWN and RECOGNIZED tuner and see what they suggest. Just by the fact you don't know what gauges you want or why, it is better off left to those that do.
