suprattgaz
Ok, so need to put my new turbos on, and am trying to get some of the exhaust manifold gaskets (2 off) to fit. Now I have found the Toyota PNo's on here, but they want £25 a shot!!!! Is there somewhere else i can get these? The pair I currently have have done about 2K miles - is it worth putting in new ones or just re-use the old ones. possibly with some gasket sealent???? Thanks guys, Gary Edited June 29, 2008 by suprattgaz (see edit history)
Tricky-Ricky
I have PMd you the part no for the sensible priced alternative rings, which are from a Triumph Acclaim exhaust.
Homer
For the sake of £50 it's not something to scrimp on. They're cheap for what they are! Surely the last thing you want is to have to remove everything just to fix a gasket leak?
Tricky-Ricky
They don't leak! mine where on over a year, with no problems, the ones i have used are for the same application, just without the ridiculous Toyota prices, £25 each for a part that costs pennies to produce is just taking the p**s there is nothing special about them, and the same thing is used in lots of exhaust applications.
