michel lane Posted June 26, 2008 Share Posted June 26, 2008 These past few weeks have been hell for me emotionally, so iam thinking of treating myself to a new toy . what you think ?? i dont really care about the power , as i have the supra's for this, its the look ...The 355 spyder is a bit to steep for maintance as everthing is electronically controlled and we all know Italian electrics !!!!.... tooquicktostop Posted June 26, 2008 Share Posted June 26, 2008 I test drove a 348 last year as I had planned to treat myself after a messy divorce, the noise is fantastic and they are a good price now, I was a bit disappointed in the power but you know that already Mark at Phoenix tells me it would have been a bad choice as they have a bad reliability record and break down A LOT, however the difference is you know what you are doing with a spanner so it should not be an issue They hold their value very well so if you dont like it you sell it and loose nothing Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I do like it, modern day ferraris have lost there appeal on me, just dont look attractive anymore. That 348 on the other hand is back in the day when Ferrari was at its best imo.
