G-NEMIE Posted June 24, 2008 Share Posted June 24, 2008 Yet again a Big Thanks goes out to Chris Wilson - - and from a momentary listen and quick visual check, diagnosed a problem and recommended a solution for me. After a previous poor cam belt change (with the previous owner, don’t know who) The car was in need of some CW_TLC Namely : Crank Pulley Tensioner Woodruff key Bearing ! Cam belt Serpentine belt lots of patients and persistence and CW know how etc Christ pulled out all the stops to ensure the car was running in time for Japshow And after a great drive to and from santapod at the weekend I just wanted to say a Big Thanks No more nasty knocks and my faith restored.
