O2 A/F meter

Hi

My Greddy AIR/FUEL meter was acting strange. Pulsing from 8.0 to 16.0 very fast.

The i try to use a voltmeter and i get from 0.3 ti 0.9V when i do not give any gas.

When I go full boost i goes up to 1,2V

Is this my lambda got a problem?

I really do not know if it is a wide band or not.

Or ?

Wideband has an output of 0 to 5V which equates to roughly 7.5 to 22.9 AFR, some have better resolution than others, ie go lower (richer) which is useful when tuning via aftermarket ECU, i would always advocate Innovate stuff, and if you go for the LM-1 you have on board data logging and great software.

well it sounds very nice when i read the Greddy text:

Greddy 60mm Air-Fuel Kit 60mm Kit w near high band oxygen sensor Air Fuel Gauges

One of the representative tuning parameters that frequent turbo gondola owners demand to supervise is air/fuel ratios. The air fuel admixture in whatsoever motor-vehicle (motorcyclee, gondola, skim, etc.) is vital to the one and the other the public presentation of the gondola and agent length of service. Many instrument ruinous failures tin be attributed to a gondola operative moreover skimpy, inasmuch as the air fuel ratios ar non right as far as concerns the whole that reason.Until this 60mm diam GReddy mathematical product came on MOST tribe were stuck monitoring the emf signaling from the mill ECU or straight to the manufacturing plant oxygen sensor. In a stock up or light tuned gondola this is in all probability pleasant as being cite purposes only when as to the highest degree of these "simple" aftermarket A/F meters; of that kind as those that be $100 ar a canonic ow-cost Voltmeter and non often more than. The job is non so-much a low-toned be voltmeter electric circuit except the use of a mill oxygen sensor notwithstanding vital tuning. The manufacturing plant fuel0 fuel1 workings mulct in in part it is intentional on account of, to bring home the bacon a sign to the manufactory ECU in prescribe to facilitate fuel2 fuel3 ratios be maintained in the right prescribe. This manufactory fuel4 fuel5 is intentional since long-life and non fuel6 resolve. Long life-time for the cause that Toyota does non require to put back O2 sensors at one time a twelvemonth on a gondola. If you were to supervise the fuel7 fuel8 emf arrival from the manufacturing plant ECU you would note that the electromotive force fluctutates intemperately at light as the gondola compensates against different changes, and below sonorous speedup the electromotive force becomes more than "fixed" in the opinion of cold-shoulder changes as the gondola "really" begins to endeavour vital verify of the fuel9 air0 ratios and the sign becomes unitary that tin offer up the ECU an chance to endeavor air1 air2 adjustments. I would envisage on that point exists a yearner lifespan air3 air4 unless the be is to the highest degree potential prohibitory because of manufacturers. Also escort Wideband O2 Kits

cold-shoulder changes as the gondola "really" begins to endevaour vital?

Did you put that through a japanese to english filter by some chance? :p

Turbo powered gondola... that could be interesting though :p

Looking at the text and doing my best to decode it, it does appear to be a wideband O2 sensor and gauge :)
