Hi everyone,

After a couple of months of serious contemplation my Gorgeous car of almost 2 years is for sale. I plan to prematurely become an old fart and potter along in a diesel instead.

It has been loved and cherished from day one, having been serviced every 4-6000miles and having never gone short of anything it has needed with all the documents to show.

The car looks perfect in my humble opinion, subtle yet aggresive and the perfect colour. All major modification over the last year have been carried out by Mark at pheonix and most recently Matt at AFR and Ryan G for mapping. This car is BPU with cams, ecu and larger injectors making it perfect for someone wanting a car ready for a sinlge turbo or just a well set up TT.

Servicing

I bought this car in late 2006 with 46,000miles

I have kept a full service history including:

'06 -Cam belt and water pump

'07 -Auxillary belt
Renewed gearbox oil seals and refilled with v160
Drained and refilled cooling system
New LSD oil.

'08 -New lambada sensor
Crank position sensor
Bosch Battery
Front crankshaft pulley
Hydraulic tensioner

Tappet clearance check
Jun cams fitted, check and reset clearance

Front brake discs and pads


While fitting my cams Mark carried out a leak down test for peace of mind with an average of 96% across all cylinders and a minimum of 94% on one cylinder.

It had a full alignment check carried out at TDI, was told it was completely straight and have documents to show. It also weighed in at 1551kg.

This car made 399bhp @0.8bar and will be getting a fine tune by Ryan G at 1.1bar on 11th june.

I want to be as realistic as possible with a price but I also know there are very few TT cars in such a good conditon with this level of engine modifications. Thanks for looking.

I had a very similar setup to you engine mods wise, except I had hybrids running 1.4bar. Before Ryan did his magic on the mapping, it 451 (at SRR) so yours will make some decent power :D

Yeah a few of them contacted me on here, and a couple from piston heads, nothing came of the enquiries unfortunately, but hopefully you'll have better luck :)
