meph137 Posted June 1, 2008 Share Posted June 1, 2008 Hey all, I'm relatively new here, just been sitting aorund and reading up on Supe's, I don't have one yet but am looking to sell my Celica and get one soon. One thing is, I have only been in one Supe so don't have much frame of reference - was wondering if anyone fancies giving me a drive in one any time I was wondering, are there any meetings where newbies might get shown round or be taken for a spin? I notice the Bubble Inn meeting is this weekend but I dunno if people are up for giving people rides, as its prob slightly cheeky to ask! Taken a few guys out in mine (6spd) and my friends uk auto to give them more of an idea. One is now waiting for his to arrive from jurgen. meph137 Posted June 5, 2008 Author Share Posted June 5, 2008 I'd like to try before I buy Besides, I had a ride in one recently and its arse (well, in my eyes) was wobbling all over the shop, having spoken to ppl on the forum about it, they seem to think its probably the car at fault, thats why I want to see what they are like, so I have a point of reference to pick out bad ones and so I know what I'm getting, if all supes were to wobble around like the one I drove recently, I think I'd actually rather keep my Celica!
