View Full Version : triangle warning light when braking.
My mate has just had a TT conversion on his supra. having nothing but problems with the whole thing from start to finish.
The work was done by a reputable garage.
The latest problem to arrise is when he brakes hard after boosting the triangle warning light comes on and goes off again when the brake pedal is released.. Could this just be coinsidence and the pabs/discs need replacing or something more servere.
any help would be appreciated
Cheers
Top up with fluid, sensor is quite "sensitive". Had the same problem on mine until I topped up.
I'm assuming that all fluids have been checked and are at acceptible levels? I'm sure I read on here about this under braking if the brake fluid was low or something....
This has probably all been checked - but thought I'd mention it just in case...

Guess its gona be the brake fluid then. Cheers Guys.
Now theres only the 2 PAS leak and the oil leaks to fix. its proving to be a total nightmare.
I had this problem and just topped up with 5.1 fluid and it's been fine since.
Out of curiosity was the TT conversion done by a trader on here? I'm looking at getting one done as soon as funds/the missus allow.
Im not going to start naming names on here as its not fair on the garage or my mate. if anyone needs to be named its upto my mate to do it, im not getting involved.
I wonder if it might be the brake fluid level?
Yeah same problem here.
Halfrauds 5.1 in the tank and job done ;)
