The windows been rattling for a wee while now when its half open so decided to take a look.

As you can see in the vid it looks like the guides are worn in the lift mechanism.
Anyone know if you can replace the plastic guides that run up & down inside the metal runner or is it a complete lifter mechanism replacement job?

No one else had this problem? Just want to make sure as the cost of a new assembly will be frightening.

It appears from the EPC to be a complete unit, no service parts to speak of.
