I saw it tonight too, I liked it, but somehow I felt like some of the story had already been covered in other films like the Mummy Returns.. lots of similarities. Not like the classic Indy movies, but still good entertainment.

Couldn't agree more.

The opening scene with Harrison Ford made him look so old that I was waiting for the nurse to come along with the wheel chair.

Fairly poor all told and not a match on the other 3 IMO:rolleyes:

Not seen it yet but have heard rumblings of discontent that this film is only a tool for introducing a young Indy wannabe so Lucas can keep the franchise going for years to come.

Its not a patch on the other 3 and has a slightly differant feel to it. Bt having said that it was still very enjoyable:)

I still think its worth going to see. The story line isnt great but the Indy spirit is there:) And lets face it, the last crusade was fantastic and could never be topped:)

totally agree, so far fetched big fan of the originals but this just spoilt it no fault to the actors they are all good but the story in its self :blink: very dissapointed. and yeh the fridge bit, come on.

Watched it last night, good but yeah storyline not brilliant. Enjoyed it though.

I'm really excited to see it because I loved the old films so much. I don't want it to ruin them for me though and Harrison is not quite as hot as he used to be.

I hate that too. You think you're going t see something special and the trailor isn't a teaser its the best bits and the rest of the film is a let down as a reasult:(

Some of the stunts are a bit over the top but its not a bad film. I really enjoyed it, but because of the what I had heard I dropped my expectations for it and it was no where near as bad as I thought it was going to be.

All in all an enjoyable film but I agree on the story line, I think you need to see it twice to enjoy it so you know whats happening.
