slim9000
Hi guys. This is my first post since i picked up my TT. I've gone from a slightly tuned M5 to a stockish uk TT. Firstly i just want to say that i am SO impressed with it! It's not as 'in ur face' quick as the M5...YET!!! [GRIN][/GRIN] but it's more comfortable, smoother, just a nicer place to be..seriously! After owning it for about 2 weeks now, i really do prefer it to the BM. Well...since owning it, i was done doing 72 in a 60 on the way home from picking it up, then, n/s rear blowout a few days later...a friggin screwdriver!!.....THEN, went for a new tyre and discovered it had gone right thru the wheel (19" AZEV!!) Sorted now but i do hope that shit happens in 3's!!
bolarbag
Welcome, Is it bpu? I.e any performance upgrades at all, what did your old M5 have, I gather it wasn't the 2006+model:love: just seen your old beemer, very nice, what power was it putting out? slim9000
The Supra's not BPU yet, just full HKS exhaust with 2nd decat. Seems de-limited though as i got 160 lep's on the way home from York! The BM only had high flow filters and modded MAF's. Running about 410BHP. It was a lot more aggresive to drive, very snatchy, i do miss it. The Sup's dying for some Whifbitz treatment!! Stage3 package i think for now.
