As some of you know I left my last job going back just over six months ago.
I had share options which are managed by Eqiniti (Lloyds TSB registrars).
My mother posted a 2 letters both in the same envelope asking for them to be exercised. They received the one letter but not the other. (but as said they were both in the same envelope)
They are going to investigate this and contact me in 48 hours. The long and short of it is they will only pay me back what I paid in not grant me the shares as it is past the six months deadline now.
Can I do anything ??
Its not peanuts in the way of money here the difference is a 5 figure sum :( so any advice would be appreciated)
