Agreed Value Insurance U25s

Any suggestions for an agreed value insurer that is ok with Imports and drivers under 25?

They dont exist anymore, I believe best you can get on a policy which isnt a renewal is like for like.

I may be wrong but i know of none that do agreed value unless its renewal where you already had it.
