Hi All,
Update: Correction it's a 1993 model, MOT'd until Jan 14th 2009 and long tax. I've also added some interior & engine pictures. Went out for a drive today, the N/A aerotop might not be the fastest supra - but it's a lot of fun to cruise along with in summer - perhaps this might make a good summer car for someone?
due to being out of work for a couple of months now I'm going to have to step of the supra ladder for a bit to pay the bills.
It's an L plate, N/A Supra Aerotop (import), it's around 94,000 miles.
I'd say it was in pretty good condition, it has two notable scratches, one on the roof and one one just above the rear wheel arch, otherwise just some stonechips around the front - but they don't show up unless your looking close / polishing it.

I'd take 3,500 or best offer as I really need the cash at the moment (I paid 5,000 and added the wheels).
It has an Alpine W202R double din (with iPod control) that I'll probably take out for 3,500, but if you want to make another offer I can include that.
Viewing will be possible from Wednesday onwards in Edinburgh (as I'm away for a few days).

hi, added some interior & engine pictures & put a note to correct the year - it's 93, not 94 (sorry).

Seems not much interest, so I'll reduce the price to £3000, i've given first refusal to someone, but pm me if interested and i'll let you know if it's available.
£3000 for an N/A Aerotop. :faint:
Either I have not paid attention to current prices on here or you're nuts for it being that cheap.
If only it was a manual, I'd have it off you straight away! Good luck with the sale :).

They never made an Aero man did they?
Not a clue, I haven't researched Aero's. I have seen a few Manuals around, they all conversions?
Only in Auto, the US market had manual Aerotops.

yes - only autos here. your looking at about 5 grand to convert to a 6 speed manual (which is what i was planning originally)

£5k? for to go 6sp? iirc that would cover you going 6sp and TT conversion.
£2.5k average for parts to go 6sp, Jezz does it for £3k fitted.
PM'd, if it's in Edinburgh I'll come have a look :)

In Edinburgh at the moment, planning to be in Newcastle next weekend.
you obviously travel alot then with your job, let me know when you're back in london, it may be too late by then which is a shame as it looks ideal for me:(

problem is i'm not working at the moment (hence the sale), I am thinking of just packing up and heading back down to london at the weekend (via newcastle) as I'll get a new IT contract there probably within a week or two - if I do decide to I'll let you know by Thurs.
If you are definitely selling and razza doesn't want it, I think I do. Much nicer base to work off of than mine, and I would really like an aero.. :innocent:.
I have no idea how to drive an automatic..

Press loud pedal, scream, release loud pedal, press brake :D Don't press red button!

What do you do when you're stationary at lights, is it clever enough to do neutral itself or do you have to do that? Clueless.. :d

Keep your foot on the brake. On some hills you can actually just sit there as there is enough bite to hold the car stationary.
Driving an auto is very very easy. You also can master left foot braking too.
When you get in, Press brake > press button on side of auto lever > select gear > let go of brake and accelerate to desired speed.

You have to be kidding right? I would not sell your car now mate there is going to be serious issues with your engine. :innocent:
Saw this at the weekend as part of our convoy to and stand at Knockhill - very nice and well looked after example. Put mine to shame gleaming away with squeeky clean alloys!!!
Good luck with the sale Alex- bargain price and some real scope for a cheap TT-6sp project car :)
Cheers,
Brian.

thanks for the free bumps guys and thanks for the nice comment Tdr :)
I am gutted to be selling especially in the nice weather we've been having, but I need the money to move back to London and rent a room for a couple of months before I get a job.
What's keeping me going is the thought of a nice new TT or Single sometime in 2009/10 :)
sandpaper - sounds scary, best of luck
