I have noticed prices of NA's Dropped loads!! seeing as i bought mine 2/3 months ago i aint happy and i been looking for UK TT...might have put on hold for while till prices sort themselves out!!

On serious note car parking is gonna turn into problem now! people who get there need to try and hog as many car park spaces as possible!!:looney:

I haven't changed my lights they have always been the gas discharge type with the electric blue look.

Ok - mawby asked me the other night to check out the Leisure World car park for speed bumps / ramps etc - I've just been in there on the way home from work and can confirm that there are two speed ramps [which everyone should easily get over] on the way in and when you reach the stupid painted roundabout, go straight on and take a left at the end into a massive carpark.
There are no severe ramps around that place, it's probably not going to get busy with shoppers - plus it'll be out of the way of muppets opening doors onto your car etc etc.

In that case I'd suggest we move this event to that car park anyway as it's bigger and further away from the crouds. It'll save trying to move everyone on the day. What do ya all think?

ok they are concreate i have been in there in my supe and have the lip at front and toyota side skirts got in wit out a problem......whoever has logins go round PM the people who coming and not meeting, Mawby change page mate.....im on mates computer so i cant log in to other forums as i left them logged in at work and web page open :twak:

Im lowered aswell. I've also just had a new Bomex nose fitted so im not 2 sure on my clearances at the mo. I'm still waiting to get my car back otherwise I'd get over there and see if it's all white! If you think it's be alright Jive, its your call, being your a local lad aswell. No sloppy shoulders or anything on my behalf!! :p

About 1 min drive away, if you know where Maccy Ds is - following the directions on mawbys page, instead of turning left at the traffic lights, go straight on and turn right at the next set, you can't miss Leisure World, you'll see The Quayside pub on your right and also Grosvenor Casino on your right, the entrance is between the two.
As for speed bumps, as I said, they are the gradual slopes on the way in and once upto the stupid mini roundabout, you go straight across and park on the left car park - there are no speed bumps / ramps etc round that part.
Mawby- are you cool to update the main http://www.lee-mawby.net/mkivsupranet.htm page? I've updated scoobynet and TOC saying to watch that page for details, no log ons for the other forums though :eek:

Sorry for being thick, where exactly are people meeting? I've read through, though I must admit not very thoroughly, and I can't find the location of this meet.
Not driving the Celica any more got a little V6 mx-3, but am hoping to aquire a Supra very soon. :D
The mx-3 has the same power as my Celica, but more evenly distributed through the rev range, rather than revving the nuts of it to get any power! Good old VVTi. But hey that's nothing compared to the almighty Supra! :D

Paul - I'll be coming past Runnymede from the A1. Do you fancy stopping off at Fleet Services to pick up the M25 south lot and those coming from J3 M3? There is another thread going on this.

Dont have a problem with xmas weight gain.....Dad went away for 4 days over new year and forgot to go shopping and tell me and bro...didnt realise for first day, by this time it was new years eve so no way im going shopping then or new years day! so i just starved and survived on xmas decorations!
Well my recent tight clothes problem was due to overenjoying the whole of December not just the holidays, there weren't that many days when I didn't have something alcoholic. I certainly didn't over eat so I'm just suffering from a beer gut.
At least I had a lot of fun getting rounder!!!!!

i dont know but whoever is leading will have to travel like a slug on m271 allowing everyone to catch up coz u can prob get a max of 10 - 12 cars through per traffic light set, before changes back to red so that 10 traffic light changes a good 12minutes there!!!
But at least with the m271 and m27 everyone will be able to catch up!

It's used by most of the F1 teams including McLaren, Williams and Jaguar and is regarder as one of the best brake fluids available. Just over £45 a litre from Demon Tweeks. I was thinking about getting there earlier. Have spoke with Jamin and JohnK [will text p00t later] about this and was thinking about cruising over to Jamin, then cruising to JohnK, then cruise to p00t and then cruise to Leisure World to setup camp, maybe get there about 1.15 - 1.30pm, how does that sound?
If as many people from here aim to get there for 13:30, hopefully we can claim a nice big part of the carpark and reserve it for the remaining people. Gatecrashers will have to find somewhere else to park.

Possibly even worth calling up Leisure World and informing them in advance. That way we may be able to reserve an area within the carpark, plus the added bonus of coming across as a polite and well-orgnised club to the owners (for future meets! :p) ?

Don't sweat it mate. Im a N/A man aswell. Suprastore.com do a single turbo conversion kit for the N/A. It works out at about £3000 (complete kit) plus fitting. That will take your Supe to about 400bhp. Im seriously thinking about purchasing next year. :)

I wouldn't do it for my delicate ego or anything....honest:p Na on a serious note im quite impressed with the N/A's performance. The cars still new to me so im happy just cruising at the mo....just checking the breeze. Once I can tame the beast (RWD) I will step up and acquire some boost.

Right, I've just had a minor panic while talking to Jamin in the office about the space in the carpark......so we've faked a trip out on business and gone and got my camera and been to the carpark to take some pics.
Panoramic shot can be seen here (http://www.mwhite.dsl.pipex.com/ImgMisc/carpark.jpg) - it's rather large, as in wide.
We've also driven round the main carpark in the middle and counted approx 150 spaces, this is excluding the spaces around the outside ..... I think we should be safe :)

if we start by parking at the back and fill up all spaces some can park in the roads inbetween the cars. so prob fit a extra 10 - 20 cars inbetween roads, plenty of room!

Well I think we should meet at the Esso Garage at Dartford (M25 one) at about 11:30ish. That means we have an hour and three quarters to get to Fleet before they leave. The distance between my house and Fleet is (according to Multimap) 68 miles. Hopefully if we leave that early it won't matter about any M25 widening problems etc like Paul E mentioned, and if we are mega early... Who cares ;).

Rob if the M25 is very busy, then Jnt 10 (A3), then A31, A331 Joining M3 jnt 4 is a good alternative route (all at least dual carriageway)

Oh ... P.S. Fleet is before the Hook junction. The fleet services are around J4/4a (I always forget), and the Hook junction is J5 ... I think :conf:

Get off j3 (i think) M27, get on the m271 all the way to the end, take first exit on the rounabout.
Get into the middle or outside lane as soon as possible (WATCH OUT FOR 2 FOWARD FACING SPEED CAMERAS)
Follow road, straight on at first set of lights following signs for west quay.
After you go over the second flyover, keep right and turn right at the lights crossing the other carridgeway.
then at the second set of lights turn right, youll see the casino.
Thats it, your there.
Hope that makes sense, ive had a few shandys.

Sunny in Bournemouth too just windy. The forecast is for intermittent cloud and windy but hey thats better than last nights weather. I spent all day yesterday washin an polishin ours and the second I finished it poured down ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Be back out there this morning doing it all agin LOL. Half one at the Angel for the Bournemouth posse (keepin it nova for whitesupraboy lol). This should be a good one shame the soops are now outnumbered.
