heckler
Just out of interest, why do you need to do 2 oil changes when you convert to single? (I was told you need to change it twice)
mikeyb10supra
wouldn't have thought you would?? you would do if you were having a full engine build? maybe its to rid the journal bearing in the turbo of any metalic partical once you fire it up....sure some experienced builders will give you a more definitive answer

dangerous brain
Sounds a bit drain and flush theory to me.
Mike B
I did say it; once before a trackday and once after. Terry told me this when I bought the car from him. At the time, after his oil change the silkoline was the same colour as it is the the can. Now after the 1st oil change the oil is still coloured with residue, but after the seond change, post trackday, the oil gets really clean. Trcakday = hightemps = oil damage.
