That's quite a claim, it'll be interesting to see it do it's stuff :)

Well Lane were quite excited the other week when an Impreza got 580-someting BHP and that was apparently the highest recorded there, they never mentioned anything about a wild Supra...

Sounds great though so I hope you get the results you want with it, just hope you resist putting one of those awful kits on :D

I'm not doubting your figures, hats off to anyone with a big power Supra - I'm just wondering why they made such a big fuss about the Impreza result and didn't mention yours?

I'd love to see the dyno plot as a matter of interest though, not as evidence, just for reference as I've not seen one for a big BHP Supra @ Well Lane.

If you head down there again let me know, I'd love to see the car.

How often do you see a big power Impreza? I'll turn that into a statement and answer by saying not often enough, and Imprezas are very hard to get big power from - harder than a Supra or GT-R, and more difficult than the equally opposed Evo. 580bhp from an Impreza is a major achievement for Impreza tuning - although there is a 750bhp Impreza, and a 945ATWHP Impreza - no evidence, just a post on SF.

But I do agree, there should have been a fuss about a big power Supra in the UK as a big power Supra in the UK is rare.

usmann we do both like our new supra we saw it in japan 930ps we just had to have it you could not build it for what the car cost plus getting the traction on a rwd car is an art that the japanese have saying that there is still room to make improvments a sequential box and a3400cc stroker kit from jun.we want this car to do battle with the skylines so much so that i am going to the states to see titan motorsport to order all thier solid suspension bits and discuss the american thoughts on running an 9sec car we are also building for totb a 600bhp plus impreza it ran an 11.9 at japanese performance at 1.6 bar with 505bhp so 2.2 bar should produce well over 600 bhp .also for totb we are building a very special skyline hopefully in time for donny south.and our workshop guys are building a 650 bhp cossie with a mk 1 escort bodyshell and 4x4 cossie running gear so we are going to be busy this year i know a lot of guys say that buying cars already built is not playing the game but what the hell we enjoy racing them and if we can get our supra down from 10.2secs to the nines that would be and give the skylines a run for thier money so much the better and belive me to see a rwd car run the low tens on road tyres is somthing else regards alex

Holy crap, you've got some serious plans. How about building a big power EVO? lol, to compete with Norris Designs. Or a huge power Viper, or a 1000BHP Impreza? Sorry, I started dreaming :twak:

Good luck on the projects.

theses i have fastest car in country are funny. you never know what is been built. but sounds good to compete with the skylines. would not think you would get in 9`s on street tyres. the americans all seem to use drag radials or et`s

would sure put your company on map if you did run a 9 second pass. which can only be good for you.

it would be good to see a list of fastest supras in the country, then you know what time you have to beat to become fastest supra. maybe we will see a few big power supras at next 10 of the best 3. where you run your 10.2 do you have any time slips?

seems like a lot of big power cars struggle for traction, randy was racing a t51 turbo supra that was hitting 14.5 second 1/4`s

you sticking round on this site?

ps 11.9 does not seem that brilliant for 505bhp 4wd scooby. have you seen harveys scooby that hit 585bhp at well lane turbo center rolling road shoot out. he has run in the 11`s too
