Hi All
Have been looking around for a new car and come across one for sale by Jap Performance in West Yorkshire.
Has anyone ever dealt with them or know someone that has?
Cheers for your help and or info.
I bought mine from there and not had any problems, got it at a good price aswell, I think a few members on here bought from them.

Yeah I bought my car from them in November.
Had no major problems and car was exactly as described, got couple things thrown in like underseal, service, MOT, tax but he didn't budge a penny on price. He was friendly on phone and in person and gave off a genuine vibe, and he also collected me from train station when I came to collect the car.
The only one small issue is he forgot to wire in a rear fog light but because I came down from Scotland he said to get it done up here to save hassle and send him the bill, I got it done for pennies anyway (my uncle is an auto electrician) so never bothered sending a bill although I do believe he's genuine enough that he would've paid it.
Oh and just thought he never had ANY service history for my car (said quite a lot of Japanese owners don't get book stamped and most were logged on computer!?) but on close mechanical inspection it looks like its been very well looked after (plus I paid for a BIMTA certificate that guaranteed the mileage, not stolen, finance on it etc)
Hope this helps a bit
James

That's brilliant info James, thanks very much. The car I'm looking at is said to be their car so they should have looked after it, hopefully they'll reply to my email tom.
No probs. Is it a Supra your looking at? Just that when I was down the only car they owned/used (that wasn't for sale at the time) was a stunning and proper mint Lexus GS with the supra twin turbo vvti engine, thats what he collected me in and it really impressed me!

Thats what I'm looking at getting mate, apparently it was up for sale in august last year on ebay and they are still trying to sell now.
Ah well good luck, as I said from what I seen it looks a cracker, shifts a bit too :d

Nice to hear from someone that's been in it, gotta wait a couple of months so fingers crossed it's still for sale then. Whats the interior condition like James?
Interior was genuinely like new, leather was soft and never seen a crease in it (although never seen drivers seat) looked very modern and very classy, if its definitely the same car (I'm sure it was dark blue or black) it was absolutely immaculate inside and out!

Got another thread on it in off topic section (calling all aristo owners) but definately sounds the same. Judging by what you've seen and felt it sounds a good un.
