Look for ACEMCP593SELECT and install it.

Download and install the latest divx and xvid codecs

i usually just download the latest divx, seems to do the job for most things.

My best advice would be don't bother with a lot of these "codec packs".

ffdshow will play most things... http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=173941&package_id=199421

I'm always suspicious of these "packs", who knows what they include. I'd be particularly worried about installing some randomly named exe such as ACEMCP593I'mgoingtoh4x0ryourcomputerSELECT.exe when there's no real info out there about it. ;)

I think I pretty much just have ffdshow, latest divx (although ffdshow will play back Divx/xvid etc. quite happily), and the matroska splitter (http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/) for playing .mkv files.

...oh and AC3Filter, as it's better for playing back AC3 audio apparently but it's not really needed. http://ac3filter.net/projects/ac3filter
