I've not seen a thread posted on this yet so thought that I'd share, even though this is a Edited: Supra site you can't knock a free day out at a racing track watching F1 cars of old, like the John Player Special

I went to this event last year up at Donnington and it was a great day out, especially cutting through the traffic on the bike to get there . This year it's at Silverstone and FREE again, I've just ordered my 4 free tickets.

This is a FREE event, you just apply online for the tickets and they get sent via post.

It's held over 2 days, 7th & 8th June, but I'll be attending on the 8th as have the skid pan day the day before.

lol - It's a car forum last time I looked! I just mentioned the fact I went up there on my bike last year, which was handy, as traffic was particularly heavy getting in and out of Donnington.

The Renault World Series is your chance to see F1 car's of old hooning it around Silverstone as well as the Renault Cup. Hardly bike orientated, but hey ho !

LMAO - I'd not noticed that! I'm clearly losing it! No point editing it now! Serves me right for cut and pasting the thread I posted on a bikers forum that I use!!!

I had tickets for this last year and missed it, think I'll make an effort to go this time :). Is anyone else ordering tickets?

I see we still have to own the "Toyota Other" - I'll order tickets, it's unlikely I'll go, too busy and once you've been a few times it all gets a bit familiar.

Silverstone is a change of venue I guess but it's not as spectator friendly as Donington IMO.
