A friend of mine uses windows firewall (the OP is Windows XP) and I have checked to ensure it is on but as soon as she logs on she gets a warning shield saying that it is off.

What else can I check?

I am fine thank you my friend. I am probably going to be sleeping a lot more than you soon too! :)

Is the family all OK?
