Just wondering if you lot think this is a fair price to charge. The customer is a friend of a friend with a UK MR2. I have listed the jobs first, the part prices second and then the fully fitted parts and labour price third:
Timing Belt - £80.28 -£180
Clutch - £171.99 - £550
2x Rear Wheel Bearings - £144.26 - £300
2x Window Regulators - £99.02 - £240
2x Window Motors - £279.40 - £279.40
The job will be done by myself and another Toyota tech on our spare weekend and as such he will have no receipt. Just to give you an idea he was quoted £800 fully fitted for the clutch by our dealer.
Could you give me a  or  and any other comments.
Thanks.
get a clutch fitted far cheaper than that, in fact those parts and prices seem way over the top to me!
Are they not near 3S, Woodsport, Sbits or any of the usual names?
There's something wrong with the window motors cost - the parts are the same price as the fully fitted. I like that hourly rate ;)

Forgot to mention that i will fit them free if he has the window regulators done as they would allready be out. So yeah £0ph on that:)
No, you're still off if you think £550 is good, normal price on the mr2 sites is about £250-£300.

Including genuine Toyota parts? That is very cheap will have to reconsider that.
Actually just reread the first post and realised it's someone elses car, oops!
Just having a quick search on IMOC and the MR2OC, those are still high prices, more than some of the MR2 specialists charge!!!
well i charge 40ph and done a mr2 turbo clutch the other day 6 hours inc a cv boot so ide say you price is a little dear

Think you have read it wrong we will be charging about £770 for the labour. £1550 will be with parts including VAT.
Just checked 3S service centre is in Hook Hampshire, send them there and save your customer a LOT of money ;)
