Ok Im having a really bad start with my new supra with the 1.5jz
First of all fuel pump went but got it sorted then the FAN belt broke and now she wont start.
So so far
Changed altinator to 160amp one
New Fan belt
Recon starter
New braille battery 15lb one
now when I crank it over it wont start and after about 4 secs of cranking it over everything goes off dials power etc etc.
we got it started for about 5secs and it sounded off a cylinder, and it died out with a clunk.
checked all coil pack connections and they are good but the spark plugs (IK24s) are black (dry black). New ones ordered
(IK22s)
and now checked timing on cam pulleys HKS ones with the yellow mark on the crank pully (piston 1 up) and the seem to be WAY off the centre mark on the pullys to the advance side.
So Im confussed what could be wrong and how do I fix it lol :search:
