Liking music, but not being an audiophile, I was happy to recognise tha fact that the stock speakers are cr*p, but not replace them...
...but today two pairs of Alpine SPE 1620 coaxials dropped into my lap for £20 all in!
They are 17cm jobbies, so I know they will fit in the rear OK. I will have a bit of b*llache getting them in the front, but plenty of info on how to do that around here thanks to the search function.
Question is: What have I actually bought and are they any good? I had to move fast and they were so cheap that beyond checking the power rating and size I didn't bother to research them any more.
