Hi guys, i dream about those supras for years, in canada they are so rare so iam planning on importing one from Japan (1993) But one of my concern is How good is Toyota Supras Mechanics, I know its from Toyota and they are building great cars since a while but is it the kind of car that need a lot of investment, fragile turbos? What are the common problems found on those supras. I searched the web and found nothing about it. When i found that website i was like "Yes finnaly a place to ask people that actually own one"

Im hoping a positive answer that wont blow my expectation of that awesome car :p

Hey dude, welcome to the club.

What can I say about our cars, it's a Toyota.. Treat it right and they are almost bullet proof.

Have a look at the FAQ section here for what to look for.

Once you get the modding bug it gets expensive and sometimes a bit more prone to going wrong, but again if it's done right no reason it shouldn't last.

Plenty of 100K + cars on here still going strong to prove that.

Have you checked for servicing and support in Canada?

PS where about's in Canada are you, got some family in Victoria.

Paul.
