jevansio Posted March 29, 2008 Share Posted March 29, 2008 If you have a look on page 1 of my rebuild thread, theres a good shot of it from the far side http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=110433, pic 7, it's held in place with one bolt through the solenoid (there must be a spare bolt hole in the top of the strut there), there are other shots of it throughout that thread. Also attached are a couple more (but they don't show how it's attached very well). It was a very good piece of kit as aftermarket solenoids go, I liked it, (I had the DSBC, don't know how it differs from the SBC in terms of performance). kieren1234 Posted March 29, 2008 Author Share Posted March 29, 2008 Thanks alot for that Jay, i have fitted mine now in a different place, see pic: It would'nt go right where you had yours for some reason. This is where the actual unit is fitted. Had to put rubber piping over the screws in between the tray and SBC to make it "float" higher a bit for easier access.
