Homer Posted March 25, 2008 Share Posted March 25, 2008 7.5in is far too narrow for a Supra, get some new wheels of the correct size: Minimum: 17x8 with 235/45 front and 17x9.5 255/40 rear Or 18x8 235/40 front and 18x9.5 265/35 rear -50 offset on both. Chris posted in some more recent threads about his preferences for a narrower wheel and higher tyre wall for a track car. It's not something I can see as very helpful on a road going car that isn't going to be pushing the limits of grip on every turn of the wheel. ...and this is headed off-topic already The fact is, the wheels the OP has are far outside the specifications Toyota designed the suspension for. I don't think it a good idea to recommend he continue with such a non-standard wheel size without undertaking the suspension work required to use those size wheels.
