mcCoys here, on my fourth bag, The 'munchies' makes it sound like a short term thing tho'........my 'munchies' has lasted at least 30yrs

im addicted to peanut butter however stopped eating any bad food due to training but i recomend ryvita dark rye cakes with crunchy peanut butter, omg its amazing!!!

Humus= yum - but with ketchup!

I like sliced carrots with humus dip, but it's a bit moreish and not good on the waistline :D
