I am looking at getting some new wheels and stumbled across these on fleebay..

Can you give me your thoughts on them.

I know there isn't that much info on them but was wondering if the tyre package they are offering seems ok.

Many thanks

Simon

i was going to get these, beware

they do not have a "stainless lip", it is a insert that is pushed over the alloy lip (fits well though)

on closer inspection it would be a very good place for water and crap to collect, and you would struggle to get it out

I take it these wont be a good buy then. :(

Matter of personal choice bud. But the 19's do affect handling.

For that money I'd try and source some light 18" Volks or maybe Rays.

The 19" wheel issue has been covered a lot here, many people like 'em aesthetically. :)

So do 18's. Any wheels that reduce the sidewall thickness of the tyres is going to affect handling. I hear about this on every car forum i have ever been on but in all honesty most people wouldn't even notice.

You would need to really know your cars and need to really drive it on the edge to notice any difference. The only time i really notice a difference is when i hit little bumps or potholes. With the smaller sidewall they feel like craters.
