Does Alarm Sound

When the battery gets very low, the alarm will probably trigger and finish off the remaining charge (mine used to). I guess the alarm will use less power if it's off, but probably only to a marginal degree, and why risk a theft for the sake of a £5 trickle-charger stuck on every now and again?

Be aware that some insurance policies will only pay out if the alarm/immob was active at the time of theft, how they would prove this I have no idea...

what alarm do you have?

on my clifford, after 15 mins it uses minimal power and the light only flashes every so often but the alarm has its own back up power too

doubt the alarm would be draining your battery that much, i left mine for 5 weeks when i was away and it started first time using intelistart aswell
