same turbo as mine 272 cams,jun 3.1 forged engine,head worked 930 hp 2.2 bar

Wow 930hp and 2.2bar, that must be on racing fuel.

Have you got any Dyno plots, some more info on the car would be great like who mapped it and what ECU you are running etc.

i have seen them produce 600 to 740 on no more than 1.4 bar

yeah u can take away a lot of that on 95 ron fuel that we have here, and on lower boost the car is pretty much wasted with that Turbo! a smaller turbo would be way better suited to our fuel and more importantly our roads

Looks wrong to me to be honest, this u or him shane?

"Well the time has come and the decision has been

made to send the supra for a full rebuild

Strip her down and get some nice forged goodies into it

Car is been built professionally and i have

no doubt it will be a complete pig when its finished

Few parts purchased so far are

hks 264 cams in/ex

hks cam pulleys

hks timing belt

Eagle rods with arp bolts

Turbo kit as good as sold, been paid for during the week

going for a hks T51 kai, full kit

manifold, downpipe, mid pipe, ex wastegate, the works

Turbo is good for 800bhp +

Was going for a virtual works 80mm setup but main

factor that put me off this was boost wouldnt hit in

till 5000+ rpm but would hit hard but not practical

Looking at 1200+ bhp with the VW turbo kit but suppose

thats always a later option if i get bored of the T51

Ecu is going to be a full aem and gettin a guy

flown in from the uk to install and map the ecu

CP 87mm pistons with hks 2.0mm head gasket

arp bolts, bearings etc etc valves springs and retainers

the list goes on really but bit by bit is been knocked

off the shopping list lol

fuel kit then will be a titan motorsports setup

3 fuel pumps, custom hanger, 1600cc injectors

titan fuel rail, fuel regulator, all braided lines etc

Any feedback welcome"
