I've got one of these spare. It the metal one (several layers put together) Its in ok condition - 12 years old. I replaced it when I 'attempted' to fit a stainless manifold but it didn't go to plan.

Well I presumed it was the exhaust manifold gasket as I mentioned about my stainless exhaust manifold above

Sorry guys, yeah its the exhaust manifold needed. The na manifold is in two parts so I guess the gasket is also.....................
