Is the factory fit alarm that comes with the J-Spec Thatcham approved, or equivalent? And if so, where could I get a keyfob for it?

I believe only the UK Stock alarm is Thatcham approved.

Hmmmm, maybe JIC remove them??? Since thats were I have seen most imports.

AFAIK and IMHO etc, the J-spec only had an option for remote locking. Not an alarm. I thought any alarm on a j-spec was aftermarket...

I think you may be right Matt, not so many tea leaf's over there.

I am sure I read some where that only US, UK and Euro spec have factory alarms as standard. I there a common theme here?:baa: :baa:
