Where can i get one of these rubber caps from, its off the HKS Bov fitting kit?

I tore this part when removing it from my car, its the 20mm rubber end cap that blocks off the return pipe when you fit the HKS SQV bov. It comes as part of the fitting kit.

Anyone know where i can get something similar?
