Me is the answer a massive big class A prat! infact I would go as far as saying I am the prat of the day!

Picked car up from body shop (wings look awesome!). Went to the garage to get the MOT swung into my mechanics gragage and dinged the door on his post! Its a small 1p sized dent just where the door starts to curve (where the line goes to the rear vent). Hasnt taken any paint off, any idea if something like that can be pulled out? In my defence I havent driven it for 8 weeks.

Lol numptey!

If the paint hasnt been chiped off then i recon either the bodyshop could quite easily get it out, or if they dont do small dent removal (my local wont) if you contact one of the many dent repair comapnies they should be able to get it back as new. There isn't a brace or anything behind the metal at this point in the door is there? as this would be the only thing really making it more of a pain to put right.

sorry i was joking, if you never saw father ted the tv comedy. He puts a small ding the car thats meant to be given away in a church raffle & has a go at popping it back out by tapping it lightly with a little tiny hammer, it cuts away & when it comes back, hes standing there saying he almost had it a while ago, but its just not quite right, then it shows the car & its a dimpled mess.
