im looking to upgrade my turbo not sure what to go for? not had the car long .

i have a 6speed with a hks gt3037 single turbo. hks v-pro ecu.850 injecors looking for something with fast spool .and good power

Is it a modified TT or an NA that has been fitted with a single? The GT30 is a small turbo on a TT, too small I'd say.

Does the manifold have a T3 or T4 flange? I'm guessing it will be a T3 if it has a GT30 fitted, which will limit the size of turbo you'll be able to fit. I think the GT35R is the biggest T3 flanged turbo available. This gives very quick spool up and is capable of around 550hp.

These drawings are not to scale
