View Full Version : Whats wrong with my HKS EVC 5

Hi everyone

I have an HKS EVC 5 that i've have yet to install. I've tried to connect all plugs, and give it 12v power, but when I do so, the screen simplys flashes, and et gives a beeping sound.

nb theres no vacuum or anything on it, only power

What could it be?

Alarm setting set to ZERO?

been through the manual. don't really help. The beep sound is more lige a very fast clicking. also the display is flashing real quick

the valve it selv is also buzzing a bit

i have a hks iv when mine flashes it means the the adjusting knob needs calibrating. ?

and then you do what?

the display flashes L you turn the knob anticlock wise then it flashes H you then turn clockwise, keep doing this till it stops flashing.
